At Femmes en Danger (FED) RCA , we transform women's empowerment into a lever for sustainable community development, thanks to a proven methodology, combining local know-how and strategic rigor .

Our 3-pillar model

1️⃣ Professional training
• Targeted skills: Financial management, resilient agriculture, various income-generating activities, leadership.
• Measured impact: 85% of participants apply the knowledge in their activity (2023 follow-up).

 

2️⃣ Solidarity networks
• Structuring of 12 cooperatives in 2024 with an inclusive governance charter.
• Innovation: Peer-to-peer mentoring system certified by MINUSCA.

 

3️⃣ Sustainable opportunities
• Partnerships with 8 local businesses for fair marketing channels.
• Result: +40% average income for active members (field survey, 2023).
