Our Governance: A Structure Committed to the Protection of Women and Children
The Women in Danger (FED) RCA association is based on structured, committed and fully mobilized governance around the protection, empowerment and support of women in vulnerable situations.
Our organization is based on a clear articulation between:
A general management based in France, in charge of global strategy, international relations and institutional management.
A local branch in the Central African Republic, which coordinates field actions, community projects and direct links with beneficiaries.
An active Board of Directors in Bangui, guaranteeing the proper monitoring of projects, the transparency of actions and respect for the founding values of the association.
Thematic operational committees, responsible for implementing awareness-raising, assistance, legal and psychological support and fundraising actions.
A network of volunteers and field groups, driving forces behind our daily actions and ambassadors of our mission in the communities.
This hybrid France-CAR structure allows us to reconcile strategic vision and local efficiency, while ensuring the continuity, responsiveness and relevance of our interventions.
